Running Club & Beginners Course ~ £3
10 Week Beginners Courses - offer a walk/run programme that enables members to slowly and safely build up from running for 1 minute to being able to run for 25-30 minutes without stopping! Run in England Club - group runs with the first Tuesday of the month including a social event after the run! Both of these are £3 per session. Annual membership is £5 basic, or £15 to include a club vest for events. Club running t-shirts are now available for £17.
Health & Fitness Assessment ~ £20
A detailed assessment of your current health and fitness using a lifestyle questionnaire, body measurements, body fat and BMI (body mass index). This is followed by fitness tests. It is recommended that this is repeated every 4-6 weeks to measure progress. Please allow up to an hour for your assessment.
Personal Training for Adults ~ £20
These sessions can be held anywhere, in your own home, the park, the beach, my own studio, wherever you like! Each session is different and is tailored to your own individual goals and fitness level. I recommend a Health & Fitness Assessment before commencing a training programme. Sessions last 1 hour and can also be arranged for groups of 2 or 3 people. A session for 2 people is £30 and 3 people is £40.
Personal Training for Children ~ £15
These sessions can be held anywhere! The initial session involves talking to the young person about their concerns and what they wish to gain from their time with me, I also take measurements and conduct a few small fitness tests. Young people with body issues respond well to one-to-one sessions, as opposed to the group work of school PE. Sessions last 1 hour.
Massage ~ 30 mins £15 1 hour £25
SPORTS MASSAGE - a deep tissue massage that promotes natural healing after injury. Therapy is effective from 3 days after injury and can also be effective at treating long term problems. Muscle soreness is decreased and flexibility increased. Muscle imbalances can also be addressedd with the use of sports massage. Please allow 1 hour for your initial treatment as a full assessment is required.
STRESS-BUSTING MASSAGE - an excellent way to help ease the stresses of everyday life. Focusing on the upper back, shoulders and neck, this massage will promote relaxation and an increased sense of well-being. Feel your worries, stresses and strains drift away as your feel the tension melt away.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE - this massage will help to detoxify the body. This is a great massage for providing a 'ready-for-action' feeling, as it helps reduce muscle stiffness, pain, and fatigue, whilst also improving flexibility, range of movement, and posture.
